By using the Ehjezni Real Estate Services platform (Jericho Villas), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Payments

• Deposit: All bookings require a non-refundable 10% deposit at the time of reservation to secure the property.
• Balance: The remaining balance is payable directly to the property owner at the location according to their individual payment policies.
• Verification: Users must provide a valid phone number for identity verification.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• The 10% deposit is generally non-refundable unless a specific cancellation is made within the grace period allowed by the villa owner or due to owner-related unavailability.
• Refunds for the remaining balance are subject to the specific policy of the villa owner.

3. Property Rules

• Users are expected to treat all properties with respect. Any damage to the villa or its contents may result in additional charges assessed by the owner.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed.

4. Our Role

Ehjezni Real Estate Services acts as a platform to connect property owners with renters. While we verify all properties for accuracy, the final contract of stay is between the user and the villa owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ehjezni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or the actual stay at any property.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
